Swedish Bonad "Man in Tree"

Swedish wall hanging (or "bonad"), circa 1820, showing Zaccheus (note misspelling) in the sycamore, or fig-mulberry, tree. The artist has filled the empty space with lively floral and abstract motifs. Bonad is intact with bright colors and no repairs. Tempera on paper.
