Pair of Gustavian Style Armchairs

Pair of oval backed armchairs, Sweden circa 1900, in the Gustavian Style. Floral crest over acanthus leaf carving and foliate detail on the padded arms. The curving seat rail has rosette carved blocks resting on turned and fluted legs. Sturdy and quite comfortable.
